Recently completed in August 2002 the above before, design rendering and completed photo of Parc Place Retirement Community on the right was a 
$12 million renovation effort that includes completely gutting an existing hospital for conversion to Independent Living. The project finished under budget.

This building was stripped to its' structural bones. Only the concrete frame remained of this $9 million dollar project before DGA began the build back.
